In the spirit of keeping our pricing low and keeping free freight at $49.00 minimum purchases, please see our return policy below.

Pulse Endurance will email you a return label should you wish to make a return for online orders shipped within the United States and returned within 30 days of purchase.

A $9.99 return label fee will apply to most small package returns to include this per item fee on shoes and small helmet boxes.
A $14.99 return label fee will apply to forks, floor pumps, height adjust seat posts, oversize helmet returns per item per box.
A $49.99 return label fee will apply on wheelsets, child trailers and oversize auto rack boxes.
A $99.99 return label fee will apply on returned bicycles.
The label fee will be deducted from your refund or added to the cost of your exchange order.
On exchange orders Bike bling does include free shipping again on orders over 49.00 for the new exchanged for items.

Due to a high incidence of fraudulent activities involving Garmin Watches, Sensors and Computers, all sales of Garmin are final. We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any Garmin purchases.

Products for return must be in original product packaging in new unused condition. Please do not use product packaging boxes as shipping cartons for return shipping.
