There are no refunds on special orders. All sales and deposits are final unless item is not available.

Pulse Endurance will email you a return label should you wish to make a return for online orders shipped within the United States and returned within 30 days of purchase. The return shipping fee is the same one you paid when the item was shipped to you. Example: Small parts are usually $10 to ship out, that means it will cost you $10 to ship back to us.

***All buyers will have to pay for return shipping and 5% restocking fee.

The label fee will be deducted from your refund or added to the cost of your exchange order.

Products for return must be in original product packaging in new unused condition. Please do not use product packaging boxes as shipping cartons for return shipping.
